Today we started experimenting with the Oculus Rift. Turns out that our game Office Chair Zombie Attack is a perfect game for that device :)

Here's a cool video for you. Luigi Vicari is working on a C64 port of our game Pixel City Skater!
We've been talking to Luigi and apparently it's only missing the music, so if anyone wants to help finalize this project and make the music (based on the original track) using GoatTracker or any SID-tracker of your choice then we would be eternally grateful!
So we've been working a lot lately trying to finish up our game Office Chair Zombie Attack. It's been several years in the making and it's the longest time we have worked on any game before release by a long shot. Being a team of two (and having the company name "A Small Game") our goal has always been to make small games.
Of course, this game also started with a very simple idea and with super simple minecrafty graphics but it eventually grew into this asset and feature heavy game. We've have been close to releasing it several times but there has always been that nagging feeling that the game could be better. So lately we've done some major changes to the game, killed a lot of our darlings, and we think that it's ready to be released very soon.
We'll keep you updated. In the meantime, enjoy this nice GIF from the upcoming trailer :)
Hey Android fans! We have just submitted an update for Hanger on Google Play. So it's now up to date with the iOS version!
It features the latest challenge: Level 1-1 and a new character called: Jump Man! Can you get the best time?
So what have we been doing lately? No one asked but here's some things anyway.
Richard did some prototype work on a new Pixel City Skater game, it looks like this:
Christian made a gameboy style shader for WebGL, perfect if you want to do 3D games with a gameboy feel:
We also released a new Hanger update with a new Challenge (Level 1-1) for iOS and a few small fixes. Hopefully It will be out soon on Android as well.
Hello! We have just updated A Small Hunt - Duck Attack on the App Store!
Now with more blood splatter! Will you look insane while playing this game? Probably a bit. Especially in public :)
Go get it now, it's free!
Level 1 - 1 Race Challenge. Coming soon to iOS Devices in a new update!
Over the last couple of years we've been doing a few WebGL demos and projects, and it's been great fun. So we're really happy to see that WebGL is finally coming to iOS. We love the web!
We did some early tests, and it's looking very promising. Here's a video of our demo/game Kid Disco, running on an iPad Air in Safari. This demo was meant to run on Desktops and we haven't done any optimization for mobile / devices more than add the touch controls. So it's pretty cool that it runs!
We've just launched a new updated version of Hanger for Android. It's available now on both the Amazon app store and Google Play. Featuring the popular Long Jump Challenge as seen in the iOS versions. Have fun!
- A new Level Pack with 15 shiny new levels!
- New Challenge Mode! Will you get the world record in Long Jump?!
- New Playable character: Da Buzz!
- Loads of bugfixes and optimizations!
- Smaller app size!
Richard here. We have a new site up, hope you'll like it as much as we do! We plan to use this blog a lot to keep you up to date with everything that's happening here at the A Small Game office. We have several ongoing projects that we would love to share with you so stay tuned!
Here's a small teaser :)
